Questions

What is the Tabata interval?

Twenty seconds of work and ten seconds of rest, eight times, for four minutes total.

Is there a warning on a twenty-second round?

The warning is switched off in this preset — at twenty seconds it would fire almost immediately. Turn it on if you want it.

Can I change the intervals?

Yes, all three numbers adjust on screen, and the setting sticks for next time.

Ask your coach to put this on the gym TV. It is free, it works on anything with a browser, and it runs on its own once it is up.

Gyms that want their own name, logo and colors on it instead of ours pay $99 once — no subscription, no per-screen fee. How that works →
